Sorry, this is Russian proverb. I tried to use it. Sometimes I'm forgot and not count difference of mentality and other. The point of this proverb - I think, your request to technical support can't be solved to your benefit, because they lose their profit. And this why you request looks very naive.
I may mistake. If I'm mistaken, would be love to change my mind.

Seriously? In this case I have to admit, I was really wrong. Now technical support have got 2 points at my CoolMeter. Now score 3 of 100. +200% at a time - not bad.
